Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Bengal Bytes covering account use, orders, and delivery of source code products.
Last updated: 21 September 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, placing an order, or claiming a free package on code.bengalbytes.com ("the Store"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are contracting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal; sharing credentials to distribute licensed source code is a breach of these terms.
- You must provide an accurate, reachable email address — order approvals and access links are delivered there and in My Account.
- We may suspend accounts involved in chargeback fraud, licence redistribution, or abuse of the review system.
3. Orders and payment verification
The Store operates a contact-to-buy flow. Placing an order creates a pending request; it is not a completed sale until our team verifies the payment you reference (bKash, Nagad, Binance Pay, or USDT on TRC20/BEP20).
Prices shown in BDT and USD are indicative of the same product. The amount recorded on your order at submission time is authoritative and is calculated server-side — client-side totals are never trusted.
4. Delivery
Once an order is approved, access is granted as a private GitHub repository invitation or a secure external package link, visible in My Account → Orders. Typical verification time is within 24 hours on business days.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use products purchased from the Store to build or distribute:
- Malware, phishing kits, credential harvesters, or surveillance tooling.
- Applications that violate Google Play, Apple App Store, or local Bangladeshi law.
- Clones resold as competing source-code listings on other marketplaces.
6. Liability
Products are provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bengal Bytes is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue arising from your deployment of a purchased codebase. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the Store after a change constitutes acceptance.
