Refund Policy

Digital goods, handled fairly

Source code cannot be returned once delivered, so refunds are limited by necessity. We still refund in good faith whenever the fault is ours.

Eligible for a full refund

• Payment was verified but access was never delivered within 7 days.
• The delivered codebase materially differs from its listing description or advertised tech stack.
• The product does not build or run following the included documentation, and we cannot resolve it within 14 days of your report.
• A duplicate charge or an order placed in error, reported before access is granted.

Not eligible

• Change of mind after the repository invite or download link has been opened.
• Lack of the technical skill required to deploy the stack described on the listing.
• Requests for features never advertised on the product page.
• Completed Exclusive Buyouts, once IP transfer or Play Console transfer has begun.

How to request

Email support@bengalbytes.com with your order number (format BB-YYYYMMDD-XXXXXX) and a short description of the problem. We acknowledge within 2 business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 7–10 business days; crypto refunds are sent to the wallet address the payment originated from.
